Lisa Lynch,

Junior Consultant

Lisa has several Higher and Advanced Higher awards in a range of subjects and achieved her SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration at the beginning of 2009. Lisa’s initial tasks within the Company included general administrative duties, accounts entry and support in the completion of management accounts and financial reporting, the organisation of company travel and support of meeting arrangements.

After three years of experience in the role of Administrator at the Company, Lisa began working as a Junior Consultant in January 2011.  Her main roles have been assisting with research and data collection for projects, furthering her skills in project support and management, as well as marketing tasks such as learning how to maintain the company website  Lisa also continues to assist with the company accounts, translation and formatting of documents, and support on budgeting/finance of several projects.

One of the project’s Lisa has had an ongoing supportive role with is the four year RENAISSANCE project, part of the European Commission’s CIVITAS+ City-Vitality-Sustainability initiative to implement innovative strategies for clean urban transport. Lisa assisted with the co-ordination and evaluation of baseline research, as well as the evaluation of dissemination and exploitation activities across the five participant cities, and the finalisation of various measure and project deliverables.

Since January 2012, Lisa has taken an active role in the Company’s development of their service design lead approach towards their Mobility Management concept, gaining a variety of skills to support each stage of the design process from the generation of ideas through the product development process to the creation of illustrative products and solutions.

Lisa is currently working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Psychology, and is very interested in the connections between psychology, health and fitness, and their impacts on society – both as a whole, and also on the individual social groups. Because of this, she is enthusiastic in supporting our work on products that deal with transitions and lifestyle or behavioural change.

Outside of work Lisa has a variety of interests including yoga, dance, weight-training and drawing. Lisa is an avid reader, and when not working or reading enjoys spending time with friends, her many nieces and nephews, and occasional trips to the theatre or cinema.
