Sue Flack is going to help facilitate the Architecture and Design Scotland 'Design Skills Symposium'. This year, the Symposium will be hosted in Stirling on the 27-29th September 2011.
A legacy of learning resources will support ongoing learning after the event. The focus is on ‘Delivering Better Places’, bringing together the ‘people aspects’ and ‘spatial aspects’ of placemaking.
Over the two and a half days, delegates will develop practical skills in briefing, concept development and delivery testing. Participants will be ‘learning by doing’ and will be studying three case studies in Stirling. Sue’s role will be to encourage the participants (from a range of backgrounds) to come to thoughtful and innovative solutions for difficult challenges.
